Global "risk society" and security provision in the context of implementation of national model of modernization

The article presents a theoretical and methodological analysis of specific features of provision of security for development in the context of society and state modernization. A particular attention is paid to global and regional risks and threats that are typical for implementation of non-organic (catchingup) type of modernization reforms.
