Глобальные проблемы окружающей среды арктической зоны: известные позиции и точки зрения ученых

В статье представлены известные позиции и точки зрения на экологические проблемы Арктической зоны, выделены процессы и показатели, оценивающие состояние окружающей среды. Автор проанализировал степень проработанности экологической проблемы Арктики. В статье рассмотрены позиции ученых на влияние экологических проблем на коренные народы Арктики. Сделан вывод, что развитие Арктики должно быть ориентировано не только на экономическую, но и на социальную нишу. Для успешного развития Арктического региона необходимо создание благоприятных условий для проживания населения.
