The epistemological approach to the content of evidence

The article discusses the genesis of the views of various authors on the content of evidence. The analysis of the content of evidence through phrases, fact, information about facts, information are made. The author gives and substantiates the claim that not only any particulars but also information serve as evidence in the light of the informatization of criminal proceedings.
