Holographic interferograms of piezoceramic resonator vibrations

Antiresonance frequency HI holographic interferograms have been investigated for the basic radial mode for the TBC and PZT piezoceramic thin discs. For TBC discs resonance and antiresonance surface vibrations have been visualized for the radial mode of much higher order. The parasitic flexure mode has been visualized on the shift piezoceramic resonator. The methodical recommendations for the piezoceramic resonator HI have been proposed.
