Hospital Pedagogy in the Information Space – Global and Russian

The results of a study using the electronic resources Google Trends and Yandex Wordstat of the frequency of online queries on terms related to hospital pedagogy are presented. Quantitative data have been determined indicating a growing trend in the scientifi c community’s interest in a new pedagogical direction that provides education for long-term ill children. The place of hospital pedagogy in the global information space and separately in Russia is determined. The factual basis of the work is the research results obtained by accessing the electronic systems elibrary, CyberLeninka, Scopus. Conclusions are drawn about the increased interest of users in the field of hospital pedagogy in the United States of America, Great Britain, Australia and other English-speaking countries. In Russia, the number of search queries also tends to increase. The relevance of research in this area of pedagogy is substantiated, due to the increase in the number of children with various diseases requiring prolonged hospitalization.
