Hotel entertainment as a factor of increasing the competitiveness of hotels in the Republic of Crimea

In order to improve the competitiveness of hotels of the Republic of Crimea it is necessary to develop and introduce high-quality and differentiated hotel entertainment in the structure of the hotel product. In this case the author gives the quantitative indicators of institutions of resort and hotel orientation of the hospitality of the Republic of Crimea. An important point is to identify the features of the entertainment activity in hotels of the Republic of Crimea. In turn it is necessary to take into account the theoretical foundations of the creation and implementation of entertainment programs in hotels. Effective organization of the entertainment service and a sufficient material and technical base of entertainment activity in hotels play an important role. In further work the author plans to calculate the economic effect of increasing the share of hotel entertainment in the structure of the hotel product.
