State cadastral valuation in the Russian Federation in 2023

The author analyzes the changes that have occurred in the field of legal regulation of state cadastral valuation (SCV). Focuses on the state cadastral valuation of all real estate in the Russian Federation carried out in 2022 and 2023. Considers new possibilities for adjusting the cadastral value of real estate. Concludes the need for transparency of SCV procedures, obtaining objective results of determining cadastral value and protecting the interests of all interested parties. Notes that work to improve normative and methodological regulation in the field of state bonds continues, a unified software package is being developed to determine the cadastral value of real estate.
