State policy in the sphere of migration

Purpose: A research of topical issues of state policy of Russia in the sphere of migration. Methodology: Formal-legal and system methods were used. Results: In article topical issues of a concept and content of migration policy are considered. Her types and features of legal regulation are analyzed. Novelty/originality/value: Article has a certain scientific and practical value as in her scientific and practical problems of migration policy are considered.
