The development of the tourism sector is necessary to solve many social problems. Today, one of the main tasks of the state policy of Russia in the tourism sector is to develop a holistic, comprehensive, modern legislative framework, based on the norms of international law. The article identifies the key legal problems in the field of tourism regulation and analyzes the current legislative framework at the Federal and regional level.
