Development trends of the Russian Federation at the present stage imply giving special relevance and practical significance to such a phenomenon of legal reality as constitutional values, due to the fact that the latter determine Russia’s systemic value orientation, which determines effective law-making and law-enforcement, and consequently, effective functioning of the Russian state as legal.
