Public-private partnership: normative and legal regulation in airport industry of Russian Federation

In this article you can see the results of research of institutional forms of public-private partnership in airport industry of Russian Federation and abroad, making the optimal circumstances for an effective mechanism of private-public relationship with the purpose of investment attraction, innovative technologies and professional competencies. The aim of our essay is to explain the need of systematisation of cooperation forms for a successful market of public-private partnership functioning. Analysis of aspects of normative and legal regulation of mentioned form of cooperation shows the compliance of Russian law enforcement practice with the international standards. In conclusion of this research there are some recommendations for improvement of law regulations of public-private partnership in airport industry of Russian Federation.
