State legal mechanisms for governing ethnic and religious conflicts, their regulation and resolution

The topic of state-legal mechanisms in the management of ethnic and religious conflicts is quite relevant, since at present, new centers of religious and ethnic conflicts are flaring up on the territory of different countries, including Russia. This article examines the application of state legal mechanisms in the regulation and management of ethnic and religious conflicts in the country, namely the state legal mechanism for resolving interethnic conflicts on the territory of the state based on legislation and the formation of cultural organizations that contribute to the preservation and development of traditions, cultures and relations between the peoples of the Russian Federation, the conceptualization of national policy, the activities of legislative bodies in the field of resolving issues related to ethnic and religious conflicts are considered.
