State regulation of public-private partnership projects

The article discusses the goals and objectives of public-private partnership in Russia, the activities of public authorities within the framework of the functioning of public infrastructure. Special attention is paid to a number of contradictory shortcomings that have a negative impact on the implementation of public-private partnership projects, which as a result lead to a lack of interest in the commercial sector to participate in such projects.
