State regulation of the Russian financial market: risks and prospects

The article deals with theoretic problems of the Russian financial market regulation. The article’s goal is revealing the risks of creation of the state major regulator on the basis of the Bank of Russia. The author considers strong and weak points of a reform of the regulative system of the national financial market selected by the Government of the Russian Federation. The possible negative outcomes of the reform are analyzed. The research results reflected in the paper may be implemented by the authorities and participants of the financial market of Russia.
