State regulation in the field of scientific research (on the example of the Volgograd region)

The article considers the features of state regulation in the field of scientific research. Since the Volgograd Region operates in this area in accordance with the legislation of the Russian Federation, the features of regulation in Russia as a whole, as well as regulatory legal acts that have been adopted specifically in the Volgograd region, are considered. In addition, the possibilities for the development of the scientific sphere in the Volgograd region were considered.
