State governing as an object of state legal policy

State governing is analyzed in the capacity of object of state legal policy. The fact that state governing stays under the influence of the present political activity of the state let us conclude that it is stipulated by the necessity of providing not only juridical (potential) but practical (real) possibility to put in action juridical means and mechanisms. Such possibility can be provided only on condition of effective state governing. State mechanisms are used not only for realization of political and law tendencies, created by juridical politics, but by the nature of things they find themselves in a sphere of its reformative influence.
