Governmental management of the social processes in Russia: problems of the social protection of children and youth retrospective analysis)

From the perspective of the history and law the author studies processes of the formation of the social protection of children and youth in Russia. The article analyzes the specific features in activities of the public authorities dealing with management of the social processes in the youth sphere. The author gives arguments in favour of the application of the historical experience of the social protection of children and youth by the current Russian administration.
