Organization of activities of district veterinary dispensaries - the state veterinary institutions of the new modular-block type

The aim of the study is to improve the methods for formirovaniem state of the task new modular block district veterinary institutions established in the rural municipal districts of the Republic of Tatarstan on the basis of analysis of indicators of planned and implemented amounts of anti-epizootic measures in the area of their activities and their financial security. The study was conducted on the basis of statistical data on the volume of state services and their financial security in the new precinct module-block veterinary points Vysokogorsky, Laishevsky, Arsky, Zelenodolsk, tyulyachinsky and Apastovsky area of Republic of Tatarstan. Research on the formation of state orders the new district veterinary institutions and their financial support was performed by the methodology of statistical observation and evaluation of the results of the statistical analysis. Found that the district veterinary items: Arsky district of New Kiner, You solgonskoe - Dubyazy, Zelenodolsk - Large Keys and Laishevsky - Kirby performing public tasks by 105% or more, however the district veterinary items New Kiner Arsky district; Dubyazy, Chepchugi Vysokogorsky district; Large keys and Kugusheva Zelenodolsky district received funding in insufficient, which is not fully complied with the decree of the Government of the Republic of Tatarstan hinders the execution of state tasks in full. Development and implementation of state tasks to the institutions of the State veterinary service of the constituent entities of the Russian Federation provides timely and sufficient financial support to their core production activities
