Government procurement and orders: some problems between customers and suppliers

This article reviewed public and municipal procurement, reviewed the role of the Federal Antimonopoly Service in procurement, reviewed statistics from the Ministry of Finance website. Certain problems associated with a conflict of interest and the resulting corruption are indicated, as well as problems related to the skill level of workers in the procurement sphere.
