State financial control: retrospective analysis, concept, types, development problems

The article presents a retrospective analysis of the formation of state financial control in the Russian Federation. The theoretical aspects of the concept of this institution are given, the existing views, the basic methods of state financial control are revealed. Emphasis is placed on the need to update the existing regulatory framework of state financial control, draws attention to some of the current problems of state financial control in the Russian Federation.
