State (municipal) budget control in the new edition of the budget code

The article presents the results of the analysis of changes of the head of the "State (municipal) budget control" prepared by the Ministry of Finance of the Russian Federation of the draft Budget Code of the Russian Federation of 07.02.2018. Identifying the factors that predetermined the need to improve the regulatory environment, and identifying the implications of introducing a number of legal provisions allowed the authors to make the following conclusions: changes in regulatory control are liberal in nature, measures to reduce pressure on objects of control are introduced, identical revisions are eliminated, duplication of control activities by state control bodies is also eliminated.
