State sovereignty and its regulation by amendments to the Constitution of 2020

The article gives the concept of state sovereignty, as well as analyzes the main approaches to state sovereignty, and examines in detail the main amendments applicable to this concept according to the 2020 Constitution. In general, it should be noted that the Russian constitution did not lead to integration with Europe due to political differences. On the contrary, the period of the Soviet Union's existence is assessed more positively if the interests of Western and American elites are not taken into account. The strengthening of Russia, the autonomy of jurisdiction and its role in world politics emphasize the changes made, especially in sovereignty.
