Readiness for research work of bachelors in the field of technosphere security

The preparation of graduates for solving creative research tasks in their future professional activities can be considered as their personal training and for the successful solution of scientific issues, certain motivations and a whole system of methodological knowledge, research skills and skills are needed that will allow them to be effectively used in solving professional problems in the future. The study of the readiness for research work of bachelors in the field of training "Security in the technosphere" was conducted at the T.G. Shevchenko Pridnestrovian State University at the Department of Technosphere Security using various psychodiagnostic techniques: R. Kettel's multifactorial personality questionnaire in simplified form "C"; methods for diagnosing students' educational motives according to A. Rean, V. Yakunin in modifications by N. Badmaeva; methods of studying the motivation of studying at a university by T.I. Ilyina. The result of the study was the identification of the psychological basis of the students' system of views, their assessments and imaginative ideas about the world, readiness for knowledge, motivation to learn, as well as the identification of professional and personal competencies that will contribute to their further research work. The research methods and their results allowed us to conclude that it is necessary to activate and conduct purposeful work of teachers on the formation and development of students' readiness for research activities as they move to senior courses.
