Readiness for creative self-actualization as a factor of improving sport results in ballroom dances

Problems of creative self-actualization of sportsmen specializing in ballroom dances are reviewed. The list of criteria characterizing readiness for creative selfactualization is proposed: image of a couple, style of a couple, expressiveness, imagination, improvisation. The results of the conducted survey expose interconnection of dancers readiness for creative self-actualization with achievement of an improved result in this type of sport.
