Readiness of cadets of military universities of the Russian guard for teaching activities: fundamental concepts, essence, structure

The relevance of the problem of high-quality training of future officers to solve service and combat tasks in the modern political situation is substantiated. An analysis has been made of research in the field of the essence and content of readiness for teaching activity and the specifics of its manifestation among cadets of the National Guard of the Russian Federation. In order to determine the basic concept of “readiness of cadets of military universities for teaching activities,” a phenomenological analysis of more general definitions was carried out that reveal the essence of readiness for professional activity, including in the field of education. The structure of the described personal education is specified as a set of informational, motivational, operational-activity and reflective components.
