Dynamic changes in the labor market affect the change of employers ‘ requirements for graduates of the master’s program. In this regard, actualizarea the problem of preparation of specialists with meta-competence, that is, transprofessional. The article considers the essence of the concept «transprofessional» briefiy describes the basic concepts and research on this issue. Defined the main features of transprofessional such as refiexivity, the ability of the integrated vision and problem-solving, ability in the face of uncertainty to create unique solutions based on transdisciplinary synthesis of knowledge.The necessity of development of readiness of master’s students-designers for self-educational activities in order to form TRANS-professionalism is substantiated
