Teacher's preparedness to the activity of development mathematic abilities of students

The author examines scientific and pedagogical bases (content, forms, methods, criteria and indicator) of creating the preparedness of the teacher to the activity of development mathematic abilities of the general school students. There given a model of forming such preparedness in the process of teacher's refresher training.
