Higher school graduates’ readiness to work as a pedagogical problem

The paper is concerned with the current problem of higher school graduates’ employment in their degree field. The authors outline possible causes of the challenges faced by young professionals when trying to find work in their field. In the context of the subject under consideration the authors study the concept of "readiness of graduates to work", the content of which includes such components as labour motivation, professional determination, professional values, professional skills, professional abilities.
