Borders of legislative freedom of subjects of the Russian Federation in questions of legal regulation of the status of judges of constitutional (charter) courts of subjects of the Russian Federation

The article deals with issues the legal regulation of the status of judges of constitutional (сharter) courts of the subjects of the Russian Federation. The author makes a comparative analysis of Federal and regional legislation, as well as analyzes the legal positions of the Сonstitutional court of the Russian Federation, on the basis of which the limits of legislative freedom of the subjects of the Russian Federation in the formation of the status of judges of constitutional (charter) courts are determined.
