Civil identification of the Russian youth in conditions of migration

There is a clear tendency for the migration of young people, including university graduates from Russia in the post-Soviet period. In the last decade, the educational system and information policy of the state were concentrated to form the civil and state identification in order to consolidate society. It is useful to make clear, who above all would like to go abroad - active young people who critically assess the political regime in the Russian Federation or politically inertial individuals who pursue professional career opportunities. The conducted research shows that the experience of living abroad leads to a revision of the attitude towards the Russian state in a certain part of migrants.
