Civil protection of the principle of freedom of competitive relations

One of the most important economic responsibilities of the state is to guarantee the protection and protection of fair competition to the business community: it is established at the constitutional level, and in the unchangeable Chapter 1 (Article 8) of the Constitution of the Russian Federation. However, during the period of commodity overproduction, excessive consumer creditworthiness and the resulting increased competition in commodity markets, the risks of violating the rules of fair ("fair") competition and monopolization of the market, natural for modern digital technologies, increase. The paper proposes measures to improve the legal protection of competition in Russia.
