The Article is devoted to the regulation of civil law relations in the field of education. The grounds emphasizing the need for the most qualitative regulation of civil liability are given. As a result of the study, it is concluded that at the moment these social relations are not fully regulated, which sometimes leads to incorrect and ineffective law enforcement by the subjects of these legal relations.
