Civil legal nature of mandatory requirements for processes of implementation, storage and transportation of food products

In the article, which is organised in the form of theses, the evaluation category of justice is analysed. It is proposed to regard this category as an important criterion (balance) between the interests of the family as a whole (the interests of minor children in particular) and the interests of other creditors; the application of legal and social construction of justice is regarded as a crucial component of the competent judicial proceedings on the issues of bankruptcy of individuals, and, in some cases, de facto bankruptcy of the family community.
