Civil legal essence of refundable service

The article provides a comprehensive analysis of the concept and the main aspects of the legal regime for the implementation of a contract for the provision of paid services. The thesis is proved that the essence of the service within the framework of this contract is reduced to its perception as an object of civil rights, which expresses a special way of satisfying a person's needs, provided on a paid basis.
