Trade relations as a phenomenon, including as part of entrepreneurial activity, are an integral part of the economy of the state and the socio-economic life of the world's population as a whole. Accordingly, a properly formed legislative framework regulating the civil aspects of trade relations is an extremely important part of the law. Because it is largely thanks to the legal foundations - laws, regulations, declarations, clearly regulated and, most importantly, legal trade between various subjects and objects of trade relations is carried out. It is also worth noting that in the process of trading, a large number of transactions and contracts are concluded that establish the obligations of various parties and their rights. Accordingly, the correct civil law regulation of these contracts and relations in general is the highest priority in the field of civil law in relation to trade.
