Civil legal remedies for anti-corruption

The authors consider civil legal means of combating corruption. The authors substantiate the position that the fight against corruption is possible not only with the help of public legal means, but also with the help of private legal means and, mainly, the system of civil legal remedies. The authors come to the conclusion that institutions of compensation for damage, confiscation of property, prohibitions and restrictions imposed on civil servants can act as such means.
