The civil education in the era of social and cultural transformations: the Russian vector

The trajectory of development of the Russian society in the conditions of accruing sociocultural transformations of world civilization space is defined substantially by the status and a role in it the civil personality. The solution to this problem lies in the sphere of constructive interaction of systems of social management and education. The education plays a leading role in the (self-) the formation of the personality of the new type that is adequate to the demands of «threats and challenges» of the modern world.
