Civil law of pre-revolutionary Russia as a factor of influence on modern legal doctrine

The article is devoted to the analysis of the Russian development of civil law in different times. The connection of Russian law with foreign law is analyzed. All known sources of Russian law up to the Civil Code of the RSFSR are cited, and the facts due to which codes and codes were adopted are cited. The author highlights the individuality of the national system, cites the coinciding laws, principles of pre-revolutionary law of the Russian Empire and the laws of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation.
