The problems of corporate culture of the organization and its formation are of current interest in Russia. However, the methods of corporate culture development have been studied insufficiently. The aim of our study is to identify the valid methods for corporate culture development. Analysis of scientific literature, comparison, analysis and synthesis were used in the paper. Based on the analysis of the literature on the study of corporate culture, we have identified the groups of methods of its development. The paper describes various classifications of upbringing methods for the education of adults. Three valid groups of methods for the corporate culture development are identified: the use of formal and informal leadership; the organizational (administrative) methods: methods related to the impact on the consciousness and behavior of members of the organization. The current state of the development of corporate culture classification methods is described. The features revealed can be used to construct a more precise classification. The above groups of methods can be used in the practice of forming of organization corporate culture.
