The humanistic paradigm of librarianship: communicative aspect

At the present stage of development of library science the problem of the choice of the paradigm of library science meeting requirements of the Russian society was staticized. In article one of possible alternative options - a humanization of library information activities is considered. The methodological principles of a humanistic paradigm are given: nature conformity, kulturosoobraznost, individual approach, valuable orientation, subjectivity. The view of historical changes of semantic modes of the humanistic theory allows to recognize as a constant sign of a concept of humanity comprehension of human essence. The humanistic nature of library activity is most obviously shown in her communicative component and communicative behavior of participants of library communication. The communicative culture of the librarian is first of all humanistic installation on implementation of functions of library activity.
