In article the interrelation of efficiency of reforms of modern professional education from a level of development of the personality is considered. Besides, discrepancy of requirements to the expert and his potential opportunities is noted that in turn, affects professional competence. Researches which show interrelation of educational progress of the personality in higher education institution and her formation as the expert are given in article. Along with it, the factors influencing learning efficiency of the personality in higher education institution are considered that on objectively demands purposeful activity which would promote formation of missing development of students and successful training. The health factor, intellectual potential influence successful training and level of professional development of the personality. The solution of a question contacts modern technologies of development and improvement of educational and creative potential of the personality. Variability of used tutorials of students provides efficiency of educational activity on condition of intensive introduction of the personality in a profession that contacts the period to a third year and further its self-improvement on the basis of the gained knowledge and the created abilities. Variability of means and methods of training is supported with psychological stimulation of motivation and success of the personality in educational activity.
