The definition of service as a system of relations, emerging in the delivery of services, highlights the need to examine the services in the close relationship with all participants in the field. Service technology is bifunctional, including the humanities and the natural-science components; consequently, the modernization of the education aims at the interdisciplinary context of service. The synergistic nature of the service science justifies the psychological and pedagogical paradigm for training in higher education, considering the context factors and the reflection mechanisms - the basic components in the process of acquiring knowledge.
