Human structure G. ammon: application practice in the determination of the crinimal personality criminogenic infection level

In the presented publication, the authors propose a practical option for determining the criminal’s personality criminogenic infection phenomenon in the context of the psychological characteristics of law-abiding citizens and criminals comparative analysis, taking into account the committed criminal act qualification. This study is based on the personality - human structure. G. Ammon theory. Additionally, projective techniques and personal questionnaires were used in order to identify attitudes towards the research and independent comparison of the results obtained. The model of the comparative research human-functional features individual level was used, taking into account the averaged indicators of the groups under consideration for various semantic bases. The research`s subject was the convict identity, his human structure, its manifestations phenomenology.
