There is discussed the problem of dialogue speech of hard-of-hearing children and its role in the process of children socialization. The peculiarities of hard-of-hearing children speech development are marked out. Also some research results of hard-of-hearing children dialogue speech can be used by the speech pathology faculties' professors and students and by the special compensating school teachers in their work.
