Characteristics of immune system humoral and cellular level, lymphocyte apoptosis indices in females with infertility and high levels of serum antisperm antibodies

Of 108 females with infertility, 74 patients were with high of antisperm antibodies in blood, and 34 -with low one. 23 healthy women comprised the control group. The increase of IgA, IgM, IgG, CD25+, HLA-DR+, CD4+ lymphocytes was determined in patients with high level of antisperm antibodies. It may prove the polyclonal activation of humoral and cellular immunity. This group in comparison with the second group is characterized by the presense of higher sFas level in serum in the absence of other apoptosis indices differences.
