Characteristics of evaluation component of information and communication competency of a foreign language teacher

The definition of information and communication competence of a foreign language teacher is presented. Its structure is considered, including the conceptual, organizational-content, technological and evaluation components. The levels of formation (basic, advanced and professional) of this competence of the teacher are identified. A detailed description of the evaluation component of a foreign language teacher is given.
