The agricultural activity of producers in the fields, without taking into account their zonal features, led to changes in the structural composition of the soil and the occurrence of wind erosion. The processing of such soils prone to wind erosion is carried out using tools, the working process of which is very energy-intensive. It is suggested to use needle disk working tools in order to reduce costs when performing soil treatment of this type. Since the traction resistance, rolling the needle working disc is much less than all other tillage tools working with the opening of the furrow. The characteristics of needle disk working elements affecting the quality of processing are considered depending on the technological parameters: angle of attack, depth of processing and speed of movement of the unit were considered. An important quality parameter is the safety of the stubble on the surface of the field and the pulverized straw mass.
