Clinical current of the majority of liver diseases is substantially defined by features of lifestyle and a diet of the person, and also an ecological situation. Work is devoted to specification of character of interrela-tions of Serum blood lipid structure and liver enzymes activity at patients with chronic hepatitis C, living in Samara oblast. Increase of dislipidemia, shown as in the ratio fractions of cholesterin, and in structure of apoproteins A and B depending on an expression of cytolysis syndrome is taped.
