Characteristic indicators of the sports training content management by young hockey players aged 12-14 on based on emotional-constructive behavior

The purpose of the study is to determine characteristics of how young hockey players aged 12-14 manage the sports training content on the basis of emotional-constructive behavior and activities at the training stage of sports improvement. Research methods and organization of the study re analysis of scientific and methodological literature, pedagogical observation, interviewing, questioning, factor analysis, interpretation of the results. The study involved 25 young hockey players aged 12-14 undergoing additional sports training at the National Hockey Center in Moscow and 25 coaches of the Children's and Youth Sports School in ice hockey and NHC of Moscow. The indicator contexts of emotionally constructive behavior and activity of young hockey players in the sports training content management with significant factor weights are defined, their numerical characteristics are given. Among the factors such young hockey players abilities are presented as the ability to identify the rational meanings of coach's emotions, constructively accepting the information contained in them about the types and features of the hockey player's sports training; to create a support group personally, select peers intellectually and emotionally positive perceiving segments and events of sports improvement; emotionally constructively taking the importance of mastering knowledge about sports training, forming readiness components for competitive activities and a number of other relevant manifestations that ensure the sports training content management and sports improvement of adolescents in conjunction with their emotional development.
