The results of the surgical treatment of patients with left ventricular post heart-attack aneurism, associated with trombosis. The original methodic include V.Dor technikue with synthetic patch and left ventricular remodeling, soft technikue of cardiolisis, optic-controlled excision little particles of clot, isolation area of clot fixation, anticoagulant therapy.
